I have been a proud foster parent with THRIVE Treatment Services for nearly 13 years. The joy of being able to help children and families is what I live for. The fact that I also get to work with a very supportive, caring, positive and appreciative team at THRIVE Treatment Services make my job as a foster parent much easier. I will always praise the Staff at THRIVE Treatment Services for their dedication to children and families and for allowing me to live out one of my goals which is to help children and families. It has been said it takes a village to raise a family and we are part of that village.

I have worked with THRIVE Treatment Services for over six years, and they have always been a pleasure to work with. I have found the employees of THRIVE to be very responsive and helpful, and an important addition to the team. They advocate for the children they work with and assist in important decision making. Some of my favorite foster parents have been THRIVE foster parents.

I have been working with Roxanne Taylor for a little over a year with one of the high-needs children on my caseload. Roxanne is always extremely responsive as it relates to the needs of the caregiver and the child which has allowed for the child’s placement to remain stabilized consistently. Roxanne always gives insightful, creative input during team meetings that allows for our time to be productive and beneficial in meeting the child’s needs regularly. Roxanne is a team player and always willing to fill in when needed to ensure the child, the child’s caregiver and the child’s family’s needs are always being met. Roxanne is a great asset to the team!

THRIVE has been amazing. In the past I’ve had families with this agency and the Treatment Foster Care Specialists that have been a part of my teams were AMAZING fits. They made sure services were in place, followed up om the care of the children weekly, and made ALL the foster parents feel comfortable with the placement of the children in their home. I personally look forward to working with this agency again in the near future.

THRIVE Treatment Services has been extremely beneficial to not only the families that they serve but service providers like myself. I have had the honor of working alongside Jamie Bowen, Lead Treatment Foster Care Specialist, on a case for about 8 months now and every time I interact with her, her compassion and care always shine through. She truly represents what THRIVE Treatment Services stand for as she is committed to serving children and families as they work through their difficulties and encourage change.
